The principles of honesty and uncompromising integrity have guided us since our inception over a decade ago.  Adherence to these principles has sustained us through the years and produced steady growth.

Founded in 1996 by Mark W. Goings, MGI Construction’s philosophy is to deliver quality construction, on time and in budget.  MGI Construction is an experienced and quality driven company with a goal of total customer satisfaction.  What sets us apart from traditional contractors is our comprehensive attention to detail, as well as our talented and dedicated staff.  These unique qualities are the core of the service we offer to our clients.

Mark W. Goings was born and raised in Orange County.  Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University in 1986.  He is an expert in general contracting, construction management and project development.  Mark’s ability to listen carefully and communicate with each client has been the basis of MGI Construction’s success.  This high quality, personalized attention accounts for the fact that most of our business comes from client referrals.

MGI Construction specializes in residential and commercial construction.  MGI Construction’s expertise includes, but is not limited to, construction of custom single-family dwellings, residential remodels and room additions, commercial tenant improvements, retail centers, institutional health care facilities, industrial tilt-up office complexes, apartments and townhomes.

MGI Construction also has a small project division within the company.  The small project division performs small jobs ranging from $2,000 to $60,000.

MGI Construction has constructed residential and commercial projects numbering in the hundreds in Orange County, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.  Additionally, MGI Construction builds luxurious multi-million dollar custom spec homes in Park City, Utah.

We believe that success is measured one project at a time.
